More Proof that Europe is Doomed?

Europe is being overrun by Islamic Radicalism, the native birth rates in all countries are below replacement levels,  almost everyone loves Socialism, and I could go on, and on....
So what are they doing?
"European traffic planners are dreaming of streets free of rules and directives. They want drivers and pedestrians to interact in a free and humane way, as brethren -- by means of friendly gestures, nods of the head and eye contact, without the harassment of prohibitions, restrictions and warning signs."

I seen plenty of them friendly gestures whilst driving in Milan, Rome, Frankfurt and Paris. *G*
