Portland Bridge Controversy 2

Jonathan Maus, of BikePortland, was all over this story, like oil on a drive chain, back in November.

He opinionates on the subject, shares what others are saying, and includes a link to the Official Press Release onnthe Hawthorne Bridge, and Photos!

Story 3.
