Man, u really did your homework here. Fascinating stuff, good job! But I still think I'll wait till it hits DVD. Call me a coward


Also, generally I find biopics dull. Cramming a person's entire experience into a film flattens it out, & the result is sometimes saintly mythologizing, eg, Malcolm X or Motocycle Diaries. Much better to take a small portion, or even an incident from someone's life & use it to express the rest

Stone's Director's Cut might be an improvement, great battle scenes either way. I'd love to score a copy of '41's Sikandar though. :=)
